The revelation that Queens hospital declared an “internal critical incident” on 12 March due to bed pressures at the hospital is a massive concern to all local residents. Jon is concerned that the area has seen a contraction in local GP surgeries in recent times whilst housing development has continued at a large scale in the south of Havering.
