Figures from the NHS show that 62,399 people are waiting for NHS treatment across Barking, Havering, and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. 1,816 people locally have been waiting for more than a year under the watch of three separate Conservative Health Secretaries.

The latest figures from the NHS show that at the end of September 2021, there were 52,589 people on the waiting list at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. 1077 of these people had been waiting for more than a year for an appointment.
Saint Francis Hospice reached out to Jon Cruddas MP for Dagenham and Rainham regarding the government's 3% pay increase for NHS workers. St Francis have asked Jon to write to the CCG, Secretary of State for Health and Chancellor to ensure Hospice workers will also receive this increase with full financial support from the Government.
