The project engages with older people living in the Beam Park area of Dagenham and gets them involved in slow paced recreational exercise and social activities.

This is one of the only projects of its kind and aims to help older residents, often facing social isolation, to form new friendships with like-minded neighbours.

The People's Health Trust support local organisations using the funding available through the Health Lottery London East, which is a society lottery within the constituency of Dagenham and Rainham.
