Chadwell Heath Sainsbury's Charity Partner 2014/15

Chadwell Heath Community Centre needs your support!

Each year the local Sainsbury's branch at Chadwell Heath chooses a charity partner to support for 12 months. The partner is decided upon by the public and all you have to do is get down to the Sainsbury's in Chadwell Heath and fill out a nomination form.

The community centre offers many local services, acting as a children's centre, hosting activities for residents and still providing the area with its only library.

Residents can vote up until 8th June and Jon Cruddas MP is urging people to support the newly established Chadwell Heath Community Centre as their chosen charity.

Jon Commented: "The community centre is a newly registered local charity and the work that has gone into setting it up is phenomenal, with volunteers playing a large role it is testament to the community.

"The Community Centre could really benefit from the resources that Sainsbury's have to offer. I hope that the residents of Chadwell Heath will get behind the project and show their support by voting."

The three charities with the highest amount of votes are shortlisted and get the opportunity to pitch their charity. The winner becomes Sainsbury's official local partner. This means that all fundraising events go towards supporting the winner for a full 12 months, the charity also gets to fundraise alongside Sainsbury's.

You can request a nomination form from the staff at Chadwell Heath until Sunday 8th June.
