Jon Cruddas MP: "The rates of individuals living with mental health issues is rapidly increasing, particularly in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and with the current cost-of-living crisis. Waiting lists are at an all-time high and it is a battle for many to receive support. The NHS are doing their best, but with consistent Government cuts, now totalling to over £330 million, they are in an impossible situation.

I applaud the work of charities like 'Mind' in their plight to raise awareness and help address the crisis we are facing. I would encourage any of my constituents who are eligible for the programme and feel it could be beneficial, to register their interest."
