Jon Cruddas MP said: “Any future development within The London Borough of Havering must be implemented responsibly. I am urging residents of South Hornchurch, Rainham and Elm Park to have their say on local issues that will affect their community - such as saving our green belt, ensuring housing is built to a high standard and ensuring the correct infrastructure is put in place.”
