Jon Cruddas MP's office were recently contacted by the London Riverside Church on Parsloes Avenue to inform us of their upcoming Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Life Skills Course.
CAP Life Skills offers practical advice from trained coaches on the following: how to stay on top of your household bills, how to see your money go further and how to eat well on a budget, amongst many other things. CAP Life Skills is designed to be a fun and relaxed place where you'll meet other people in similar situations, who understand you and can encourage you.
The course will start on Thursday 6th October and run for eight consecutive weeks. Sessions will be from 7:30-9:00PM with a hot meal provided beforehand from 7:00PM. The maximum number of people on each course will be ten in order to keep it more personal. The course is completely free, open to anyone and all materials will be provided.
If you would like to sign up for the course or find out more information please call 07394 554 122 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
