Back the remploy workers

Nov 27, 2012
Send your message of support to the sacked disabled workers of Barking Remploy. Earlier this year, the Government decided to close two thirds of the Remploy Factories in this country. Remploy is a specialist employer of disabled people. In August the Barking branch of Remploy was shut down. Its 44 workers, most of whom are disabled, were thrown out of work. It’s not always easy to find work if you are disabled. And it’s not always easy for small businesses to help. I’m going to send these 44 men and women a message of support and luck.I want them to know that the Government may have forgotten them but we - their community - has not. If you want to send a message of support please fill in the form below.
